ENVINEX LLC ("ENVINEX," "we," "us," or "our") operates Gladiators of Communication® ("GoC"), including the GoC mobile application and the website at playgoc.org.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide when you create or maintain an account or use GoC, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, profile information, and information associated with your use of the application.
When you use speaking challenges, GoC may process recordings, speech-to-text information, scores, feedback, challenge activity, and related gameplay information in order to provide the application's features.
We may also collect technical information such as device information, operating system, application information, IP address, and basic usage information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage accounts; provide speaking challenges, scoring, feedback, and other GoC features; communicate with users about their accounts and requested services; provide security and fraud prevention; troubleshoot and improve GoC; and comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. SMS and Mobile Information
If you provide a mobile phone number and request SMS verification or other SMS communications, GoC may send SMS messages for the purpose for which you provided consent.
For SMS verification, users enter their mobile phone number in the GoC application and use the application's verification control to request a verification code. The application identifies that a one-time SMS verification code will be sent to the provided number.
We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers. Mobile information and SMS consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency: You may receive one SMS verification message each time you request a verification code. Message frequency varies based on your requests. Message and data rates may apply.
Users may withdraw SMS consent by removing their phone number from their GoC profile where that functionality is available. For messages that support standard SMS opt-out processing, users may also reply STOP to opt out. Users may contact support@playgoc.org for assistance.
4. Service Providers and Information Sharing
We may use service providers that process information on our behalf to operate GoC, such as hosting, database, authentication, communications, analytics, payment, and technical service providers. These providers are permitted to use information only as necessary to provide their services to us.
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of ENVINEX, GoC, our users, or others.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account or personal information by contacting support@playgoc.org. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Children's Privacy
GoC is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us at support@playgoc.org.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
