These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Gladiators of Communication® ("GoC"), including the GoC mobile application and playgoc.org. By using GoC, you agree to these terms.
1. The GoC Service
GoC provides communication and speaking-practice features, including challenges, recordings, scoring, feedback, progress tracking, and optional challenges with other users. Features may change as the service develops.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information associated with your account and for protecting your account credentials. You agree not to impersonate another person or use the service for unlawful or abusive activity.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to GoC, subject to the rights necessary for ENVINEX LLC to operate the service. You grant ENVINEX LLC a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, reproduce, and display submitted content as reasonably necessary to provide GoC features, including scoring, feedback, storage, and user-requested challenges.
4. SMS Program
GoC may use SMS for account verification and other communications for which the user has provided consent. When a user enters a mobile number in the GoC application and requests a verification code, the user may receive a one-time SMS verification code.
Message frequency depends on the user's use of the service and requests for verification or other supported communications. Message and data rates may apply.
For messages that support standard SMS opt-out processing, reply STOP to stop receiving those messages. Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@playgoc.org.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Mobile information and SMS consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use GoC to violate applicable laws, infringe another person's rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with the service, or submit content that is unlawful, threatening, fraudulent, or abusive.
6. Intellectual Property
GoC, its branding, software, visual materials, and related content are owned by or licensed to ENVINEX LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Gladiators of Communication® is a registered trademark of ENVINEX.
7. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of GoC at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.
8. Disclaimers
GoC is a communication-practice and educational tool. Scores and feedback are intended to support practice and improvement and should not be treated as professional, academic, employment, legal, medical, or other specialized advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ENVINEX LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use GoC.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to GoC where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, violation of these terms, or protection of users and the service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of GoC after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
